What happens once I make an order?

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation to the email address supplied to let you know that we’re already working on it, we action all orders the same day to ensure the turnaround is as quick as possible.

Personalised print only options: As we design to order, it takes us a little time (about 48 hours but sometimes less) to get the design perfect for you and once we’re happy you will receive a PDF proof via email for your sign-off. This proof is for you to check and approve all spellings as we cannot offer returns or refunds on personalised products. Once you have approved the proof we’ll send your design on to our fabulous printing department who will finish the process and your print will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Registered Post as soon as possible. You can usually expect to receive your print 2-3 working days from sign-off. You will be kept informed of progress throughout this process.

Non-personalised print only options: We will print your product to order and dispatch via Royal Mail First Class Registered Post as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.

Framed print options: Framing to order takes around 7 working days either from receipt of your order (for non-personalised prints) or your proof sign-off (for personalised products). We will keep you informed every step of the way and you can usually expect delivery within 7-10 days from date of order.

If you have a special rush job or important delivery date that we must meet, then please contact us directly at hello@lovelywords.co.uk and we will do everything we can to deliver for you on time.

How long does delivery take?

You can expect to receive personalised prints in 3-5 working days from date of order and non-personalised prints in as little as 2-3 working days.

Framed prints usually take around 10 working days due to the work involved.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery costs are neatly split into a few simple categories to make things easy and they are:

Print Only – £1.95 (Sent in a cardboard backed stay flat envelope via First Class Registered Post)

Framed Prints – £4.95 (Packaged and sent by courier which needs to be signed for)

What if I want to make a change?
If you suddenly decide that you want to make a last minute change to the lovely words you’ve chosen for your personalised print, then send us an email straight away through our contact page and we’ll see what we can do to help.

The design process is usually finalised within 24-48 hours of your order and once the design is physically printed, we usually cannot make any further changes without charge so please contact us as soon as possible!.

How can I make payment?
At present we can only take payment by PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
How secure is the website?

We go to every effort to ensure our website is as secure as possible. We do not hold or store any payment details within the company as all payments are made through PayPal. We hold a valid SSL certificate and regularly audit our security policy to ensure we up to date with current worldwide standards.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, your invoice will be emailed to you automatically as soon as the order has been made.
What if I want to return my product?

If you have any problems at all with your Lovely Words typographic art, please email us directly at hello@lovelywords.co.uk and we will do our absolute best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Of course, if your artwork is damaged or faulty in any way then please return it to us and we will offer a full refund or offer to exchange the goods.

Please note that due to the nature of personalised typographic art, we cannot offer to take returns on any of our personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged but like we say, if you have any problem at all then please email us straight away. We value our customers and the quality of our products greatly so our number one concern is that you’re happy with your Lovely Words product.

Help, I can't login to my account?
If you need to login to your account but can’t remember the password or username then simply follow the instructions on screen to reset your password. If you’re still having trouble, then contact us directly at support@lovelywords.co.uk and we’ll get the problem sorted for you as soon as possible.
Do I get to see a proof of the artwork before it's printed?
All orders for personalised prints will receive a PDF proof via email as soon as the artwork has been created. This proof is for you to check all spellings, names, dates etc as once printed we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to text errors.

Non-personalised prints will be directly dispatched for a speedier service.
